Femmes Fatales at The Northern Shooting Show

We’re looking forward to the second annual Northern Shooting Show, taking place at the Yorkshire Event Centre near Harrogate in North Yorkshire on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th May.

We’ll be there all weekend on the Clay Line, once again, teaming up with our good friends at DryFire, where you’ll find us honing our skills on the shooting simulator before heading out to smoke some clays on the 20 Bird ‘Grouse’ competition;

20 Bird Grouse Competition

Hosted by North Allerton Shooting Supplies & Erik Aaron Shooting with all net profits going to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service. Pit your wits on a testing 20 x grouse simulated competition! Early indications say this is going to be a busy competition especially with the over all prize being a NEW Browning 725 Sporter!

Highest score over the two days wins. Last entry 1:30pm on the Sunday with shoot off starting at 2:30pm. All net profits going to Yorkshire Ambulance Service. The highest scoring Lady Gun on the ‘grouse’ sequence will win a Femmes Fatales prize which includes a beautiful shotgun necklace from HiHo Silver.

Drop by the DryFire target simulator gazebo before taking part to enjoy a free go on the grouse sequence, to warm up before tackling the real targets!

50 Bird English Sporting Competition

This will be hosted by Hazelbank Shooting Ground. Enter the competition as many times as you like. Early indications are that this will be a VERY popular competition especially with the prizes on offer.

There will be a 1st & 2nd prize per category, per day. For those that shoot both days (Sat & Sun) there will be an ‘overall’ prize. Please note you need to have purchased a show ticket to enter the competition.

The DryFire gazebo will be a meeting point for Femmes Fatales wanting to form a squad to shoot the competitions together. You will need to bring your own gun. Cartridges will be available to purchase on the clay line, or you can bring your own.

Visit us All Weekend

Have a chat, enjoy a drink and generally enjoy the atmosphere – and if it’s anything like last year’s weekend it’s going to be fabulous. Everyone’s welcome at the DryFire gazebo.

Try Clay Pigeon Shooting

Those of you wishing to try clay shooting for the first time can visit the BASC stand on the clay line where you can enjoy some professional instruction, with all equipment provided.

Here’s a floor plan to show you where to find us…

The very first Northern Shooting Show took place last year. The organiser, Richard Stokoe, who along with his professional team put on a pretty spectacular event, was thrilled by the response of the guests and exhibitors who praised everything from the to huge array of brands in attendance, the activities for all the family, the catering, the great value entry fee and even the glorious weather.

Building on the success of last year’s event, Richard and co are planning an even bigger and better show for 2017, with lots of exciting additions to the line-up.

It truly is a fantastic event and one not only for shooting enthusiasts but for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there last year, at an event that has firmly cemented itself in the Femmes Fatales diary for years to come.

We hope to see you there!
